IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Digicel Bermuda, in particular Transact Ltd, is unable to enter into any further contracts for its international long distance call service with new applicants for that service, whether such applicants are its own ISP customers or customers of other carriers, until further order of the Court.  Thank you for your interest in Digicel Long Distance.

 

 

Please note that as of November 7th, 2011 retail customer service for Transact will be provided from Digicel’s two retail stores:

Digicel Church Street Store, opposite of City Hall Digicel Court Street, at the junction of Court & Dundonald Street.

Over the past several years, Transact has had the pleasure of providing you with quality, affordable, highly reliable Internet service.  I am pleased to inform you that as of September 21st, 2011, Digicel Bermuda will take over the provision of these services to you. The team at FKB Transact wishes to thank you for your loyalty and patronage.  I am confident that you will be well looked after by Digicel Bermuda, a company with a great track record of bringing better value, quality innovation and excellent service to the telecommunications industry.

Prior to Digicel Bermuda’s acquisition of Transact, much attention was given to ensure that you will continue to receive the same reliable service that you have always enjoyed.  In fact, I am confident that you will appreciate the service and product improvements that Digicel has planned.

In the short term, there will be no change to your service, which will continue to be provided under the Transact name.  Your monthly statement will still be delivered to you via email and you may pay your bill using the same methods.
