Transact subscribes to the provisions of the Standard for Electronic Transactions issued under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 of Bermuda. This Privacy Policy will outline the information we are privy to and how we use and protect it. In accordance with the Telecommunications Act 1986, as amended, Transact does not actively monitor and view content that subscribers are accessing via the Internet or data that is being passed through the Transact network, unless required by law. Transact does, however, monitor traffic type, not content, for the purpose of managing current and future network capacity planning.
