Please see the attached BTC maintenance upgrade advisory.&lt;BR&gt;
BTC Network Upgrade&lt;BR&gt;
  &lt;BR&gt;
In order to enhance the broadband experience of BTC’s residential&lt;BR&gt;
&amp;amp; business subscribers, network upgrades are scheduled for the&lt;BR&gt;
following areas from:&lt;BR&gt;
Sunday April 19th 12:00 am – 6:00 am Southampton Exchange&lt;BR&gt;
Sunday April 26th 12:00 am – 6:00 am East Exchange&lt;BR&gt;
Sunday May 10th 12:00 am – 6:00 am Hamilton Exchange&lt;BR&gt;
Customers will experience a service interruption of data services&lt;BR&gt;
during the period noted. While the maintenance window is scheduled from&lt;BR&gt;
12:00 am – 6:00am, some services may be restored prior to that time.&lt;BR&gt;
If your service has not been restored after 6:00am please call BTC at&lt;BR&gt;
295-1001 to report the outage.&lt;BR&gt;

			<title>BTC Network Upgrade affects Sandys Parish this weekend</title>

			<description>BTC Network Upgrade&lt;BR&gt;
In an attempt to enhance the broadband experience of BTC’s residential &amp;amp; business subscribers; a network upgrade is scheduled for Sunday April 6th from 12:00 am – 6:00 am.  Customers in Sandy’s parish will experience a service interruption of voice &amp;amp; data services during that period.   While the maintenance window is scheduled from 12:00 am – 6:00am, some services will be restored prior to that time.  If your services have not been restored after 6:00am; please call 611 to report the outage&lt;BR&gt;
 &lt;BR&gt;
Prior to contacting BTC or Transact, if your service is not restored please first attempt to reboot your modem and/or router.  If you still cannot connect please contact BTC and report the issue.&lt;BR&gt;
