Subject: GlobeNet BUS-1 cable

Please accept this notification that GlobeNet will be performing an emergency maintenance on
the BUS-1 submarine cable, which is scheduled to begin on Saturday February 24th 2008
between the hours 0000 (EST) and to be completed at 0500 (EST) February 24th 2008.
During this period, an interruption to your service is not expected, however, this maintenance is to
isolate or identify the fault location on one of there RV90-1 power cables on the BUS-1. During
this period, you may experience increased latency arising from the alternate route assigned.
