Dear Transact Customer;
BTC will be performing maintenance on equipment during the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Saturday January 21st, 2012
During this time, we have been informed by BTC that some DSL customers may experience an interruption in their connectivity for a brief period of time.
In the event your DSL connection does lose connectivity to BTC and the service is not restored it is recommended that you power off/on your BTC modem for reconnection. In the event your service is still not restored you can contact BTC at 295-1001 for them to investigate further.
The Transact helpdesk will be open as usual Saturday morning to field calls from customers who have any ongoing issues as a result of this maintenance.
