Dear Customer,
As you are likely aware, Transact has been billing for your services based on the day of the month that you initially subscribed to our service. Effective December 1st, we will be moving to a more standardized billing date commencing on the 1st of each month.
This means that for the month of November you will be billed a prorated amount through to the end of November. After December 1st you will be billed on the 1st of each month.
In addition, please note that as of November 7th, 2011 retail customer service for Transact will be provided from Digicel’s two retail stores:
Digicel Church Street Store, opposite of City Hall, and,
Digicel Court Street, at the junction of Court & Dundonald Streets.
If you have any questions or concerns about your internet service, please continue to call Transact customer support on 272-4357.
