In order to continue to provide the best possible service and the fastest Internet speeds available, Transact will be conducting some maintenance which will affect those customers that are connecting to Transact via CableVisions Broadband Link high speed cable service. Some high speed cable customers have been experiencing issues with sustained connectivity and upload speeds so we are working closely with CableVision to isolate and resolve the problem. As a result, there will be interruption of service between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Thursday March 20th, 2008. During this time you will be unable to connect to Transact using CableVisions service. Once the maintenance is completed, you should automatically connect again but if you have any issues please contact our helpdesk at 272-4357.
If you are receiving this message and are the billing administration contact within your company, please send this email to those users within your organization using Transact Internet via CableVision as we don't necessarily have their direct email addresses but they should also be made aware of the service interruption.
