BTC Network Upgrade
In an attempt to enhance the broadband experience of BTC’s residential & business subscribers; a network upgrade is scheduled for Sunday April 6th from 12:00 am – 6:00 am. Customers in Sandy’s parish will experience a service interruption of voice & data services during that period. While the maintenance window is scheduled from 12:00 am – 6:00am, some services will be restored prior to that time. If your services have not been restored after 6:00am; please call 611 to report the outage
Prior to contacting BTC or Transact, if your service is not restored please first attempt to reboot your modem and/or router. If you still cannot connect please contact BTC and report the issue.
